I am writing to you concerning recent comments by Rush Limbaugh on the subject of torture of Iraqi prisoners.

I am frankly appalled that Limbaugh would so cavalierly dismiss these actions. Even the initial photos were in no way acceptable to any American. Torture is un-American. NO IFS, NO ANDS, NO BUTS. PERIOD. I refuse to accept this behavior in any way, shape or form.

I ask you to immediately pull your ads from the Rush Limbaugh show. I will not do business with your company until you do, and I will urge the same upon others.

I was just informed that he called it "frat pranks". That's low even for Pigboy and I honestly thought he couldn't go any LOWER than he already was.

HE IS CONDONING US TORTURE of Iraqi POWs (that's what they are, let's cut out the "detainee" shit).

He is totally morally bankrupt. I can say that with no reservation whatsoever. Even my bush supporting neighbor can't go there with Rush and told me so.

He is SICK. DISGUSTING. And my husband thinks he should suit his fat ass up in some BDUs and head on over there if he gets off on it so much. I concur--I think that is a GREAT idea.

We tried this awhile ago with a rush boycott. Didn't get too far, but then again, he wasn't damaged goods like he is by now - dope fiend, more widely-recognized chickenhawk, AND the first in line to shrug off the torture of the Iraqi prisoners as little more than frat-house pranks.

I'm ALWAYS up for poking a hole in his monstrous windbag. He needs to be put permanently out of business. Preferably made an example of - so that other knuckledraggers on the air, spreading hate, distrust, scorn, and intolerance, ruining our country and further polarizing us as Americans will see what happens if they follow his example. This schmuck has to be stopped. He gives everybody in radio a bad name. Truly. I trace the record-high levels of meanness, intolerance, name-calling, verbal abuse, demonizing, and rudeness that's spread through our society at large - DIRECTLY to him. He made it okay to be a foaming at the mouth, mean-spirited, hit-below-the-belt provocateur, because he became rich and famous and powerful by doing so. And his sheer success implied that what he'd done to achieve it was good and worthy of emulation. HOW many rush clones and wannabes are we plagued with by now?
