Correction: Guantanamo-Prisoner Abuse Story

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) - In a May 6 story about the U.S. military dealing with complaints of abuse against detainees at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base in Cuba, The Associated Press erroneously reported that a guard repeatedly hit a detainee with a clock radio. The military says the guard hit the detainee twice with a hand-held two-way radio.

I'd rather be smacked with a clock radio any day.

It is so much better to use a two way radio instead of another appliance to hit a detainee???
