President Howard Dean takes the oath of office and begins his address with the following:

"My fellow Americans, I have just ordered all US military forces to withdraw from Iraq within 72 hours. The war is now over....

3. Add an apology to the entire world
especially France, Germany, Russia and Canada. If that happens, and I don't doubt that Dean would say something like this in his speech, the world will change radically overnight. The people of the world will REALLY be dancing in the streets.
