Republicans go through companies executives donation records
and only do business with those who have not contributed to the dems, and gave to the gop. According to joe wilson

So how long before the dems remove it from the mouth and get of its knees.

1. So they don't eat Ben and Jerry's..Big. Deal.
Every other fucking company in the world out there gives money to the GOP. AND they give money to the DNC, too, lest anyone complain "We'll be OK, JB, as long as they don't look us up on 'Open Secrets' and find we gave 20X to Bush that we did to Gore..."

2. This is what they've been doing in Florida for ten years now.

It started local and moved up. In my county, people declare themselves as Republican if they have a small business and have to do business with the city. It's just better for business.

The transplants have only made things worse. Feeney and Bush are just the kind of transplants that have magnified this problem. They have no allegiance to anything but politics and money, so shaking up the status quo and installing one of their own has created a new era of extortion.

4. This is what DeLay and Norquist have set up in the "K Street Project"
Deny you access to your government if you contribute to the "wrong" groups.

That's democracy! :eyes:

This is why DeLay is even more dangerous than the White House gang. He does a lot of this under the radar.

5. Now you know why the economy is as bad as it is. Business can't do
business until they cough up the donations to the Rethugs. It's called organized crime, graft, intimidation, bribery...the good old American way. I make the point that many small and mid-sized business will pack up and close up because it becomes just too difficult to survive in a climate of graft and intimidation. Maybe that's why so many are moving their operations over seas and taxes is only a small part of it.
