Forward to Congress Critters folks
High Crimes and Misdemeanors
US Constitution, Article II, Section 4

On May 4th, 2003, Congressman Pallone, (D-NJ 6th), entered the following comment on the Congressional Record, "Mr. Speaker, yesterday the Congressional Research Service concluded that the Bush administration broke the law when it refused to allow a career civil servant to be honest with Members of this House as to the true cost of the Republican prescription drug bill."

This is only the latest in a growing list of high crimes and misdemeanors committed by this President.

The President stands accused of seizing power to wage wars of aggression in defiance of the U.S. Constitution - an breach of the Constitution which was unlawfully approved by Congress itself.

The President, or some other administration official for whom he has oversight, is responsible for exposing Valerie Plame, the wife of Ambassador Joseph Wilson, as an undercover CIA operative - clearly an act of treason.

By maintaining a prison camp at Guantanamo, Cuba, the President is acting as the King of England did in pre-revolutionary America, by transporting beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences.

The President and his Administration have lied to Congress, to the United Nations, and to the people of the United States. Now we find that they have also used coercion to unlawfully influence the Congressional testimony of career civil servants. In so doing they have damaged the reputation of the United States, put our people in harms way without just cause, and they threaten the fiscal solvency of programs instituted for the well being of our own citizens.

The policies and mismanagement of this President are an affront to Democracy! For this alone he should be censured by Congress. But the mounting evidence of his treachery demands that Congress faithfully follow their Constitutional obligation by impeaching this President.

Mods this letter apeared at Congress.org, people need to see it in its entirety and then SEND to their Congressmen and Congresswomen

The Articles of Impeachment can only be introduced by the House.

Don't matter if they are Pubbies or Demos, time for ALL OF US to get cracking AGAIN
