Eckerd Drug "Replies" to My E-Mail

This is the message I sent to www.eckerd.com the other day concerning their advertising on Sean Hannity's radio pukefest:

I was pleased to learn that you were expanding to the Pueblo, CO area. And that one of your new stores would be very close to my home. But since you have started advertising on Sean Hannity's radio program, I will not set foot in either one of your stores. I cannot support any company that supports hate-filled propaganda radio.

And this is what they sent in reply, typo and all:

I apologize for any inconveniece. I will forward your comments and conccerns over to the proper management for their review on this matter.

Guess that means they'll keep advertising on Hannity's show. And if the do, I'll continue shopping at Walgreen's........

defeated by Bob Graham in the 1978 gubernatorial race in Florida.

Now, I'm not sure if it was Graham who beat him or that he lost a senate race to another Dem in the late 70's.

In Dec, they advertised a ridiculous toy- a burned out Iraqi home- called "Forward Base", with soldiers and partially burned walls. There was a write in campaign and they pulled the toy with apologies.
