Everytime this administration screws brown people, out comes Colin Powell to provide cover. The torture scandal is so bad, that even Condi Rice is being called out.

Why is she doing the appologizing? She don't run the military. The guy who should do the appologizing, refused to do so when specifically questioned about it at his "press conference." (Dumsfeld)

I guess it's easy for her to appologize for something not her fault, but refuse to do so when it is her fault. (Like totally missing 9-11)

Even Colin doesn't run the military, but there he is providing cover.

You'd think these guys would be embarassed at how they are used. Now we see why Bush keeps Powell even when the rest of them, Cheney, Rumsfeld, etc., always dis the guy. He's the fuckup insurance policy for Bush. And Rice as always, is jusy window dressing.
