AEI Panel on Prosecuting Terrorists
This panel at the American Enterprise Institute was today and can be seen on www.cspan.org. The panel includes John Yoo, who now teaches at Boalt Hall Law School but is at AEI this summer. I saw him on a panel a year or so ago with James Brosnahan at Boalt arguing for the incarceration of alleged terrorists without representation. I see he's still carrying water for the Justice Dept. Jim Haynes, of the Defense Dept. was on the panel also...anyone who's a lawyer or thinking about becoming one should watch this.

It was amazing to me to watch John Yoo at Boalt Hall defending the un-Constitutional act of rounding up suspects and incarcerating them without legal counsel and without any charges. This was also a panel presented in front of Boalt alumni...august judges and lawyers, who said very little. I was shocked frankly at the time.
This panel today just reminded me what little outrage there is from even our finest legal minds on what this "Justice" dept. is doing.
