Is that a credible news source? Or is it like the enquirer or something.

The Daily Mirror, which first published the pictures, stands by its story and claims the soldiers who gave them the pictures say there are "hundreds more".

But the Sun is one of several papers to question their veracity and states: "The gun is wrong, the kit is wrong".

The Star agrees and says: "The real tragedy is the photos were greedily snatched up by anti-war champions."

2. British tabloids aren't always truthful

but aren't quite as low as the National Enquirer. The fact that The Sun and The Star slag The Mirror off means nothing - the tabloids regularly attack each other (that's one area where you should never expect what they print to be the truth).

As a source for this kind of story, they are reasonably credible (trust celebrity stories from them, or share tips, a lot less).
