It was one year ago in Baghdad that Donald Rumsfeld delivered his
"Message to the People of Iraq".
As this DoD news article about 4-30-2003 mentions, Rumsfelds speech to Iraq was delivered from a Commando Solo II aircraft.

Commando Solo aircraft are part of aerial mind control, folks, they've been used to influence foreign elections and behavior-this article was written by a skeptic btw, but it deals with Commando Solo missions, and Rumsfeld had an improved version just a year ago (Commando Solo II)

But Rumsfeld goes well beyond mere aerial mind control.

He is a war criminal and traitor to the US Constitution in my American opinion. He has abused our troops and their families to pursue a hidden neo-conservative dominated agenda imho.

1. I guess it's staggeringly ineffective
I mean if we have aerial mind control units, you'd think we'd have less problems.

Hmmmm. Unless of course our master plan is to incite the Iraqis to revolt so we have continued excuses to kill them. That way we can whittle them down so there's less chance of an uprising later, while we drain all the oil and other natural resources out of Iraq.

2. I think that we need to declassify a lot more than just a PDB
because our intelligence system HAS failed and the people ARE the solution once informed of the problems in the politically motivated classifications of "national security".

We, the people, have been abused and experimented upon without our consent or knowledge-crimes perpetrated in the name of national security.

At least President Clinton took some steps in acknowledging that fact.
He also pursued Nazis.

The CIA had real Nazis in it from it's foundation. These Nazis found a political home in the RW of the Republican Party.

The next step to restoring democracy would be to acknowledge that we have many political prisoners right here still being abused and even studied. Our US military and their families have been terribly abused.

5. There was a meeting in Europe documenting possible war crimes
of the administration of George W. Bush aka The War President because of the case for preplanning the Iraq war, I think they were associated with the Betrand Russell Tribunal.

Imo mind control should be regulated, and open, to prevent abuse too.

Rumsfeld Visited Baghdad in 1984 to Reassure Iraqis, Documents Show
Trip Followed Criticism Of Chemical Arms' Use

EXCERPT...

Rumsfeld, then President Ronald Reagan's special Middle East envoy, was urged to tell Iraqi Foreign Minister Tariq Aziz that the U.S. statement on chemical weapons, or CW, "was made strictly out of our strong opposition to the use of lethal and incapacitating CW, wherever it occurs," according to a cable to Rumsfeld from then-Secretary of State George P. Shultz.

The statement, the cable said, was not intended to imply a shift in policy, and the U.S. desire "to improve bilateral relations, at a pace of Iraq's choosing," remained "undiminished." "This message bears reinforcing during your discussions."

The documents, obtained under the Freedom of Information Act by the nonprofit National Security Archive, provide new, behind-the-scenes details of U.S. efforts to court Iraq as an ally even as it used chemical weapons in its war with Iran.

An earlier trip by Rumsfeld to Baghdad, in December 1983, has been widely reported as having helped persuade Iraq to resume diplomatic ties with the United States. An explicit purpose of Rumsfeld's return trip in March 1984, the once-secret documents reveal for the first time, was to ease the strain created by a U.S. condemnation of chemical weapons.
