1. Didn't want to look...
but ended up looking anyway. I feel its one way to keep it "real" in my mind, and not just newsbites. Horrible.

2. Bush's conveyor belt.
I'm surprised it's legal to photograph the children mutilated by Bush's war. They're obsessed with sanitizing and dehumanizing it. Seeing those kids is more sobering than the coffins of our soldiers.

3. It's not legal that's why they're killing the journalists
Edited on Thu Apr-29-04 07:41 PM by Tinoire
MeowMix just posted this article from an Israeli Left paper. I thought they put it well and it goes with what you're saying:

----
<snip>

But while the killing of the guards, whose bodies were dragged through the streets of the city and then hung from a bridge, received wide media coverage, and thus prepared hearts and minds for the military revenge, the hundreds of victims of the American retaliation were practically a military secret.

The only conclusion that has been drawn thus far from the indiscriminate killing in Falluja is the expulsion of Al Jazeera from the city. Since the start of the war, the Americans have persecuted the network's journalists - not because they report lies, but because they are virtually the only ones who manage to report the truth. The Bush administration, in cooperation with the American media, is trying to hide the sights of war from the world, and particularly from American voters.

5. Every American should be forced to view these pics.
Maybe reality will cut through their cartoon reality of our War on Liberation.

Welcome on board.... :-)

6. What have we done?
This war truly is going to be without end.

How can they not hate us?

*Bush played right into their hands, in ways probably they never thought of.

We create more people that hate us enough to kill themselves simply to take a few of us along with them every day.

So pointless and stupid.

10. Poor babies..
oh my those poor baby-dollies.

This breaks your heart. They were somone's child. They were loved.

George Bush is a criminal.
How can Barbara Bush look at this and feel anything but horror and shame for HER child, george.
Barbara Bush, laura Bush, his daughters, and all moms' across the country should see what george bush has done to other mom's children.

Mothers Day is May 9th.
There should be a vigil held in remembrance.
