Did anyone else catch Jane Harman (D-CA) on Washington Journal this a.m.?

It was so great. When the 'issue' of Kerry's medals was brought up, she admitted it was an issue that needed to be discussed, then immediately launched into how we also need to discuss how bush didn't even serve, and how he shirked his duty. She was much more descriptive but memory fails me just now. It was great. :D

11. It is my burning hope

that Dems like this get more exposure. However, my tinfoil hattedness tells me that these kinds of Dems are without an exception persona non grata on mainstream teevee. Only the weak-kneed variety seem to qualify for the mind-numbing pablem that is mainstream teevee. Gee, I wonder why that is!

Harman has been getting a reputation for spinelessness. She has stuck up for the Bush* admin on a number of occassions

I was wondering this while watching her, what her other actions have been like.

All I can say is that she has redeemed herself in my eyes (at least if her sticking up for the usurper boy wasn't too excessive), and I hope she keeps it up!
