8. If it breaks one million
it will be the best selling presidential book ever. I think it will settle in teh 1.4-1.6 rank, similiar to Hillary's book. However, Hilliary's book was a very good book in its own right. If bill's book isn't a very good read, it will probably not top 1 million. Regardless of who the author is, a book has to be a good read to top 1 million copies.

4. I just worry
About it stealing attention from Kerry. Why not wait until next year?

5. My thoughts exactly.
It will be a huge success and will hog the headlines for days if not weeks. Why release it now? It will do wonders for The Big Dogs bank account at the cost of precious coverage for Kerry.

20. I agree, too
He should have waited until after the election and it could have been released in time for Christmas presents. I'm a little puzzled at the timing. Getting Bush out of there is way more important than selling some books, even if the book is by Bill Clinton.

6. They've already written their reviews
Closer to pub release date we should have a "predict the Clinton Book review" contest.

11. Why so many low count posters worried about the book
taking attention away from Kerry? It seems that only right wingers are worried about that and media folks like Tucker Carlson etc.

Don't worry the f about it!

12. I have the answer to that...
On the way home I flipped on AM and listened to Flush.

He was making the exact same comments that Clinton's book would spell doom for Kerry.

He also talked about the DNC not having enough money to pay for the convention parties (say what?) and that the kids "better not eat the brownies, cause you know what will be in them."

Funny listening to a dopehead warn kids about drugs.

13. Great time for it to come out too
Will get middle America waxing nostalgic to the days when the economy was flying high and the resident wasn't committing a treasonable offense daily.

14. I read that the Kerry campaign expects it to help, not hurt.
They are already figuring it into their plans somehow.

16. I love Bill but can you imagine if the Big Dog told his slutting tales?
That one would sell HUGE. All of the Clinton's Cock brigade would have to buy one so they could declaim dramatically: "See!"
