"2 GI's Killed in Iraq Blast in WMD Search"
Yahoo's title for the article about the recent explosion in Iraq...

http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=514&u=/ap/20040426/ap_on_re_mi_ea/iraq_21

Shouldn't it read: "722 GI's Killed in WMD Search"???

2. Did you see the video?
There were jubilant Iraqis sitting around watching the Humvees burn. Not only did they have enough time to loot the dead americans and steal their weapons and equipment, they had enough time to sit around and let the journalists tape them sitting around.

We're losing this war.

3. Well, apparently the issue....
is that since the place that blew up MIGHT have contained
chemicals for making "chemical munitions", they don't know what the
smoke is composed off. Not kidding, I read it in one of the CNN
or MSNBC online articles.

4. so will the next headline be....
"MDs Found In Iraq"...trust us, they were right over there in that warehouse before it blew up....once again bushco relying on someone to disprove a negative in order for them to be wrong.....

5. They obviously can't provide close air support very often anymore
I'm also remembering a scene about 2 weeks ago where a tanker convoy had been ambushed on the highway to Fallujah. In one of the AP photos, a fuel tanker was still burning in the background, the body of an American-looking 'contractor' was lying dead in the foreground, and there off to the left of the frame near all the dancing Iraqis were two guys changing the tire on a bicycle.

Seems to me that if the US military could still respond with any sort of air support, those guys might have found a better place to fix their bicycle.

Yes. We are losing this war.
