Tom Delay might be indighted by Grand Jury

This just announced by Bob Novak that Delay could be indighted by a grand jury in Texas in connection with redistricting and money may have changed hands.

Of course Novak is blaming everything on a Dem. attorney in Texas who is corrupt, but it could cause Delay to step down from Pub leadership....at least until this mess is over.

Delay may have to resign as House Majority leader until he is tried. The violation is evidently fairly clear cut.
