Any News on the Rush Limbaugh Felony Charges?
What has happened to the Limbaugh case? Has it been swept under the rug? I have not heard a word in over a month. The last I heard was Rush was trying to get his medical records sealed and not be allowed as evidence. Anyone have any new goods on this. He was under investigation for over ten felonies and because he is a rich white guy will probably walk on all charges.:-(

1. HIs lawyers are arguing a 4th Amendment violation....
It will be a real setback for Rush's prospects in government if they prevail--Republicans love that sort of thing.

3. Didn't His Cleaning Lady Turn Him In?
How is that a 4th Amendment violation? Did they not get a search warrant? Or is this some kind of desperate trumped-up technicality?

4. I honestly haven't followed, but the claim of illegal siezure
is in reference to medical records that show Rush was "Doctor shopping," a felony in some states.

6. I Dunno Bout the Case, But Was Wondering Today
Anybody who has had to use oxycontin: Today LIMBOsevic was over-the-top obnoxious and repellent, even for him, ridiculing and all. Ever since the oxy story broke, posters have said here that it's a heavy duty thing that takes much more than the 30 days' rehab to get off of. I thought painkillers would have a deadening effect, but this creep acts like he's on speed or something. I'm sure he is still using. What are the effects that thing has, besides painkilling?
