I'm equally concerned about him packing the Supreme Court and his policies destroying the economy.

I just hope the Nader kool-aid drinkers pull their collective heads out of their asses and realize there actually is a difference between Democrats and Repuublicans.

15. His mission is continued
The mission he is on that doesnt care what the people or the Congress thinks. He believes God is guiding him on his mission. Just like BinLaden does. These types are not supposed to be Presidents.

19. A couple others: War with China, N. Korea; offensive space-based weaponry
Not sure about the war, but deadly sure that the ultimate neo-con dream will come true: Offensive space-based weaponry, and the neo-cons can then rule the world. He will say it's for "defense," but we know better. Notice how nobody even mentions being bogged down in Iraq? Without making light about it, that will seem trivial compared to what might be coming.

22. number one, plus...
...the nationwide institution of 'patriotic' youth/young adult clubs, ostensibly as a public service police auxiliary kinda thing, but effectively an evil Bush-jügend/young pioneer band of brownshirt stormtrooper thugs to harass liberals with.

Those things start up, the nation's doomed.

And I hate to say it, but I think the draft's coming in 2-3 years no matter who is elected. Who's gonna enlist or join the reserves for the next 5 years, knowing the neocons might send them to their deaths for no reason?

2005 Terra attacks in NY,Chicago,LA,& San Francisco cause shrub to declare Marshall law and puts the country under a state of emergency. Suspends writ of habeas corpus. Shoves thru Patriot Act redux that makes sedition a crime and allows police to prison citizens with no charges for any amount of time. Conscription forces those between 18 and 32 into the military, unless exempt because they are declared "indispensable" to the war effort by the government.

2006 Elections are canceled as the terra threat is too great to assure what is left of the free citizen's security. The first prison camps open in Montana and New Mexico. The United Nations moves to Switzerland and Canada, France, and Spain offer United States citizens political refugee status. The first UN resolution declaring the Unites States as a threat to world peace is passed
VP Dick Cheney dies of a heart attack, Paul Wolfowitz takes his place.

2007 Citing the ongoing war on terra, Shrub declares elections canceled for the duration. The govt. uncovers a Franco-Spanish plot to blow up the White House. The Untied States breaks relations with Spain, France, and most of Europe. Shrub states that the US will fight the war on terra alone, and will go anywhere the terraist are. Donald Rumsfeld dies, Vim Webber takes his place. The prison camps have now expanded to 7 western states. Citizens are put to work building munitions for the war. Those caught breaking the law are shot on sight. The population of Canada expands as new cities are built in the far northern territories

27. Plausible. Maybe Vin Diesel, not Vin Webber.
Still, martial law and cancellation of elections in the face of another attack is not only plausible, but likely.

Although as a non american the constant warfare thing is more personally worrying I guess....But the other stuff would also have flow effects for other countries - seems like anything you guys do (reducing liberties in wake of terrorist attacks, privatisation of EVERYTHING, crony capitalism) we do soon after.

34. Bush will REQUIRE employers to drug test.
Of course, certain management types, such as the employers themselves, will be exempt from drug testing, as they are considered to be too good for that sort of thing. It's part of class warfare in order to "unite" the country.
