4. "Minor" Flare-Up 8 "insurgents" killed

This is from the BBC, about four hours ago, if I'm doing my math correctly.

In Falluja, the US reported killing eight militants despite a truce there.

A US spokesman said the men were seen brandishing rocket-propelled grenade launchers but described the flare-up as "minor".
