MSNBC lying again...
Edited on Mon Apr-19-04 10:07 PM by PaDUer
Scarborough Country is interviewing Miss USA...one of her platforms is to support the troops...All of a sudden, they put up their news thingy saying that Miss USA supports the Iraq War....Supporting the troops, IMO, is certainly different than supporting the war! I'm emailing Joe Scarborough right now about this BS! As you can see, on his website, it doesn't say she supports the war--

Monday
10 p.m. ET
Miss USA stops by Scarborough Country. The newly-crowned beauty tells Joe how she plans to support America's troops.

Joe Scarborough's email addy is-- joe@msnbc.com

1. Save your strength....
A Republican, (Miss USA) told Reuters she would use her position to help explain America's involvement in Iraq. "What needed to be done had to be done," she said.

2. As opposed to all those "liberals" that don't support the war....
is the unspoken message. Maybe it is spoken?

3. Well...
When she was crowned, there was an article about her support for the war being one of her platforms. So, it's not directly from Scarborough. Maybe she changed her platform because she got some flak for it?
