Anybody rememberCollin Powell's infamous, "cut-n-paste" speech to the UN

who remembers the graduate student's paper that was supposively
"cut and pasted" in Collin Powell's report to the UN last Feb. I have been trying to search the threads on it and I can't find it.
What was the title of his paper and wasn't this the intelligence that was from the British that Powell used, which later turned out to be the infamous, "cut-n-paste" speech. Anybody remember this?

4. That was the paper used in the "British Dossier."

I didn't think it was used in Powell's deal. I thought it had already been discredited.
