WV doesn't have a primary until May 11 and the national campaign has started.

actually pretty pissed about it. it's like we've been disenfranchised. this is the first time we've already gotten a nominee before i even got a chance to vote! did you ever think that in 2000 when wv went for repuke for the first time, it was also the first time we had touch-screen voting??? hmmmmmmm.............

2. You had touch screen voting...
we had only had optical scanners for a little while. Even then, the primary for county commisioner wasn't decided until about August and bunch of Circuit Court hearings.
