Clear Channel fired her for opposing the Iraq War.

on edit: She's trashing Clear Channel for their bias, and she's suing.

1. Is that Greenville N.C., or S.C.?
Either way, yet another example of Cheap Channel's overtly right-wing bias and monopolistic control.

I hope she sues the socks off of them, then goes to another local station and kicks their :kick: !

B-)

2. I should be thrilled
that this is being reported.

Instead, I'm pissed that Miles O'Brien (an allegedly intelligent fellow) asks such stupid questions. Like "Now, Clear Channel...don't they own a lot of radio stations?" and "Do you think they have an interest in the FCC legislation?" WTF???!!!???

And fucking Kyra Sedgethick closes with, "So why WERE you opposed to the war?"

This unfathomable ignorance from news anchors simply fries me.
