In his 9/11 panel testimony, he just suggested we don't have enough death penalty leeway in this country.

that an exposed over sized bronze mammary gland is the real threat to national security and the rule of law. if we could only get these right to lifers to see the death penalty as retroactive abortion, things would be much better. Sheesh. . .

He has made an enemy of many Federal judges who feel he has overstepped.
