Earlier, I believe it was someone other than the chairman asked twice for copies of Ashcroft's statement.

Ashcroft now walkign in.

You can hear a woman say in the background, "They are sitting right there. They won't give them to us."

Claims FBI didn't request a FISA warrant on Moussouai(sp) because they didn't want to push the line. IIRC the FISA court had _never_ turned down a request - wo what the hell would it hurt to ask - they might have gotten the warrant - and if not they were no worse off.
