Could you imagine having a dittohead friend like Franken's...
...friend Mark? This guy annoys the hell out of me. Franken is a better man than me. There is no way I would be friends with someone like him, especially not for as many years as Franken has been friends with him. How does he do it? Could YOU do it?

1. My husband has lots of these kind of friends. They are good people
who are very misguided. They deserve our pity... ;)

2. my office is full of them...
... imagine having to work with them for the common goal of paying your rent. yeesh... I wish I was so lucky as Franken -- to work in a place where you at least ideologically can get along most people. ;-)

3. There but for the grace of God go I.
I work with pretty cool people. If there is anyone at my workplace who supports Bush--or Rush-- they have the decency to keep it to themselves

5. I have a friend worse than that
A co-fan of my favorite band. The other day, he stated flat out that children are cruel to animals because the liberal humanists have taken the 10 Commandments and prayer out of the schools so that they can teach moral relativism. I didn't let him get away with it, of coruse.

7. Oh I do, family of a very, very good friend, and her husband...
It's scary. Well-educated people who live on Fox news. On summer I encountered her husband at the pool reading a David Horowitz book, think it was "hating Whitey".

One time he said to me "The problem w/public schools is Liberals and Immigrants."

I didn't even know where to start with that one.

Her dad and some of his friends are even more anti-Democrat, and don't understand how anyone could vote for a Dem. I'm usually the odd man out at their functions.
