2. And these people scoff at references to Nazism.
I'm glad Bush is intensely stupid and unlikeable. If he were smart enough to inspire more widespread respect, we'd be wearing red arm bands faster than you could say Liberal Concentration Camp.

6. George W. Bush is now the head of the Christian Coalition
the Pat Robertson types all acknowledge that.

I'd actually love for the rapture to happen now, all these guys would disappear and sane people could take this country back from the crazies in the Bush regime.

7. It helps to defuse the gravity of the disaster
if you read their mission statement aloud in an exaggerated, "old southern lady" voice.

Great googly-moogly, what a farce that thing is. I bet these choad-lickers never "prayed" for Clinton, Carter, Kennedy, or any other politician with a "D" next to his name. Plus, I think it's as obvious as Gallagher smashing a watermelon that Boozh is just using religion to hit his neo-fascist agenda out of the park; no matter if he's fucking you in the ass (no lube), just keep telling yourself, "he's a man of Gawd, he's a man of Gawd....."

Bush's embrace of fundamentalist Christian dogma was the best and stupidest CYA maneuver the dullard-viscount ever came up with.

9. Thanks!
The early X catalogue is starkly brilliant 97% of the time. One of the best lyric-writing teams from the punk-era, Doe and Cervenka.

Oh, and welcome to DU!

11. "Nothing FAILS like PRAYER"
I'm one of the 4.2% who said they "never pray for their community".

"Pray to God, but ROW for SHORE"-old lifeboat saying
