Not all Indians take jobs, some create
"Infosys Technologies, which has risen to become the country's second-largest software maker thanks largely to outsourced work from the West, plans to reverse that trend by investing $20 million to create nearly 500 consulting jobs in the United States."

4. True...
...and the greatest flood begins with but a single drop of rain. Still, it could at least be in an industry I could find employment in, eh?

3. Whooo Hoooo

I think this is an attempt to provide "cover" for pols and corps
that constantly tell us that outsourcing is really just a free
trade thing and is, in the long run, good for us.

I wonder how many of those 500 jobs will be associate with
sales and marketing and public relations?

5. DUH.... that is NOT 500 Americans going to work
that is 500 people going to work. L-1 Visa people at the top of the list then H-1Bs. I would be surprised if 100 Americans got these jobs.
