1. His next project was to be a tour of cities
launching his "Communities of Character" program, whatever the hell that was. Yeah, he was really focused on terrorism.

3. Thank goodness he didn't go on that tour
A month or so after he visited an inner city job training center in NE Portland, touting it's importance in his grand compassionate scheme of well-being, it lost federal grant funding and closed its doors for good.

Imagine if he had done that all over the nation... *shudder*

4. "Communities of Character" had to do with faith-based initiatives,
if I'm not mistaken.

2. "He was the most relaxed I've ever seen him."
Says a reporter for The Washington Post.

Did our fearless “leader” fall asleep at the wheel of terrorism?

5. It was make-work. They needed to get him out of the terrorist target city
But once they shipped him out there they had to keep shoving him in the public eye so they made stuff up. Because people were complaining about his work ethic, etc. That whole August was one big LIE.

I'd like to know what Cheney was doing in Wyoming for that month. I bet he didn't do as much fishing as he said. I bet he was holding meetings out there, one after another.
