Suggestion for Senor
Why not appoint Saddam to lead the the new Iraqi security forces. I'm sure he's finished the CIA's "muyamar kadafy" rehabilitation program by now. And I'm told that this is an "intensive make-over" that has left Saddam "unable to distinquish a Sunni from a Moonie" and "will take his own mothers headoff" given the word. It would certainly put some backbone in the security forces as he has a proven track record in this very area. There's the additional advantage of that he has a lot of previous experience working with U.S. authorites.
