1. It might be an honest tongue-lashing
but probably not because if it was honest, Smirky would end with "Just a few more years and then Jeb can have you killed."

No, Smirky will be scripted and Xanaxed...as he always is.

3. No Kidding - did anyone catch his comment today about control of the media
During his little conference today with the Egyptian president, Bush made some comment about how a reporter needed to stop asking questions, otherwise the Egyptian president might think that America doesn't have control over the media.

Ugh.

Q What's on the table in the way of reform --

PRESIDENT BUSH: Hold on a second, please. Lindlaw, I don't want to lecture you here, but you were given one question and President Mubarak is going to wonder, is the press corps totally out of control here in America. So I'm going to have to cut you off at this point in time.

Sick fucker, that one. But cosistent and follows the WWFMD? What Would Ferdinand Marcos Do?

In this particular case, Bush's comment follows WWFMD? PERFECTLY (except Marcos might have murdered the reporter, Bunnypants*, thugh he'd like to, cannot yet do things like that).
