What percentage of the reconstruction of what we blew up has been done? Some of the contractors are saying they will pull out and I was wondering if Halliburton has made all the money it wants to. Also, is the oil flowing there? I mean flowing through pipes to be distributed, not flowing into the desert from explosions.

1. How much of the 20billion for reconstruction is going for security

That 87Billion dollars broke out to 67 Military and 20 reconstruction. Seems to me the private security contractors must be getting a pretty large chunk of that 20. Assume 15000 contractors @ $250k/year (including overhead, G&A, all the stuff that goes along with government contracting) and you get 4 billion a year.
