"We've become addicted to investigations"
The great American Statesman, Republican Senator Pat Roberts of Kansas whining about all the attention the 9-11 commission is getting. Senator Roberts offered this advice to his fellow Americans; it's time we stopped looking back, we have to look forward. I agree senator; I look foward to bush and cheney and condi and wolfie and pearly and rushy and many more all having the truth told about them and many of them going to jail.

2. We've become addicted to the truth...
...and now they're saying that the truth no longer matters. It seemed to matter to the RWing for the eight years BEFORE Bush* took office.

- I guess what they're trying to say is that Bush* should be exempt from telling the truth and that he's above the law.

4. Investigation...I don't see no steenkin' investigation.
Edited on Mon Apr-12-04 07:29 AM by sadiesworld
I see repugs running the clock out on already insufficient time allotments, private chats with no official transcripts, joint interviews, and blatant lies.

If the American people saw this on "The West Wing" they would recognize it as corrupt, but b/c the media pretends that this charade is reasonable, the sheep don't get it.

:grr:

5. The way I see it
I'd rather there be nothing to investigate but given the facts, there is plenty to investigate. When they stop operating in secret and promoting falsehoods, I'll be glad for investigations to be dropped. Otherwise, TOO BAD.

6. I wonder how he felt with the Clinton investigations
As if somehow lying about sex is more important then an event that caused 3000 innocent lives to be lost.
