What is the excuse

I have never seen an excuse for the fact that they neglected to evacuate tower 2 after the first plane hit. I understand the commission is not investigating 911 day of events. But who is then

1. well, see, there was no 'actionable intelligence'

just because bush knew a plane hit one tower and that there were other hijacked planes still in the air, i mean, who the hell could possibly have guessed the the OTHER tower would get hit next.

i mean, there are soooo many buildings in this country, right?

2. Especially since they could see the track

of the second hijacked plane heading right for NY for at least 45 minutes before it hit the tower. And by then they knew they had at least 2 other planes that were off course and NOT RESPONDING.

was the excuse I heard.

but couldn't they have evacuated them into the subway, down underneath the compound?
