Tractor keeps moving
I keep MSNBC on during the day and I just noticed that the reporters down in Crawford keep reporting from different spots on the ranch and if you look in the background, you can always see the same John Deere Tractor. They keep moving the tractor. I am assuming the tractor is for show since all Bush knows how to do is chop wood and clear brush from the property. A tractor usually means some farming is taking place. I just don't see Bush as knowing how to operate heavy farm nachinery.

2. Maybe it's for pest control
I saw a show on public TV about an airport that keeps moving a stuffed wolf around the runway area to scare away birds.

4. Nice hit
I noticed the tractor in the background too! I can't believe they are actually moving it to make sure it is the background on camera shots. This is ridiculous and phony, just like Bush.

6. It's been suggested here before, but this could become a great
campaigning point. Bush is a phoney. The macho schtick is phony, the common man thing is phoney, the religious thing is phoney.....on and on.

7. Man if this were Gore.....
:eyes:

I think of that river Gore was canoeing down. He got the "phony" stick beaten all over him because he was paddling in what is normally a lazy stream and they said the dam gates upriver had been opened just for a photo op. Turns out the water was being released on schedule and Gore had nothing to do with it.
