I need links concerning the dismantling of overtime in America

please. With the developing situation concerning nurses and overtime, this is becoming a hot topic with some people I know. I want to be able to fill in all the dirty deeds being done.

Some of this was reinforced by an amendment inserted into the general appropriations bill recently passed, but to what extent it was changed in the legislation, I'm not sure.

The upshot of all the talk I've heard is that this more greatly affects people in white-collar professional jobs--those that now operate as salary + overtime employees. The rules changes were intended to make it easier to classify such employees as exempt.
