Folks, the erosion is working. bush and his boys are shitting bricks about the 6 August document release. Lets turn up the heat. The "outing" of the energy task force will be the end of the bush administration in light of 9-11 and the war in Iraq. Please write a LTTE; email your congressman to embarass tony the fixer scalia to reconsider recusing himself; call you local right wing dumbass on the AM radio. We can force this issue.

1. Too simple.

The Task Force is one of many motives. There was something in the war on terra and fear generated by 9/11 for EVERYBODY. The Task Force probably contributed motives like Peak Oil, dollar/oil (vs euro/oil) hegemony, getting US influence into OPEC via Iraq.

But look at all the other goodies:

PNAC - new "Pearl Harbor", preemptive war, reforming the middle east, ducking out of the UN and other allegiances

Bushies - political capital, fear, patriot act, "war president", tax cuts

Halliburton & the Military Industrial Complex - no bid contracts, war profit windfalls.

etc, etc, etc.
