Another question -- remember a while back when Dubya needed to have his pooter probed? And Cheney was acting President while the chimp was anesthetized? What if they reprise that scenario and Cheney cranks out the pardons? Would they stick? He could pardon Dubya, Dubya could return the favor, and the two of them could moon us from the top of the White House in January and there wouldn't be anything we could do about it. Or could we?
