"Emotionally Disturbed" Enron Ex-CEO Skilling Taken to Hospital
http://news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=519&u=/ap/20040409/ap_on_re_us/enron_skilling_4&printer=1

NEW YORK - Former Enron CEO Jeffrey Skilling was taken to a hospital early Friday after several people called police saying he was pulling on their clothes and accusing them of being FBI (news - web sites) agents, a police source told The Associated Press.

Police found Skilling at 4 a.m. at the corner of Park Avenue and East 73rd Street and determined he might be an "emotionally disturbed person," said the source, speaking to the AP on condition of anonymity.

Police did not charge Skilling with a crime. They took him to New York Presbyterian Hospital for observation. Hospital officials did not immediately return calls for comment.

1. Insanity clause.
Nice try, Jeffey, but you are still going to prison.

Skilling is a sick bastard but he's not crazy.

2. Hey Jeff! Confession is good for the soul
Come clean. Stop covering for the bloody evil oil empire that has hijacked our country.

Be a man. Just tell the truth.

The BFEE doesn't give a turd about you, so why should you care about them?

3. Would have to wear on anyone though
Being under suspicion for this long. He probably has had police watching him sometimes.

Then there's the ladder of people pleading guilty and turning state's evidence. He's got to see that ladder pointing straight at him.

Don't know about crazy, but I think it would make a wreck and a recluse of just about any of us.

7. How do we know the FBK isn't after him? hmmm. Bushie doesn't want
his Enron buddies talking does he? Remember..."even paranoids have enemies." Skilling has big ones...ones who want to make sure he doesn't talk.

Either that or he's staging it to get off with a plea of "insanity."

Take your pick. How long since Enron has been before the public as a big story? A long time...:-(
