How can the National Security Advisor 'not remember' about information regarding al-Quaida. Presumably, at least after the first 233 days of the administration, al-Quaida has been at the forefront of every single decision made by the Administration. If there was no mention of dangerous al-Quaida cells in the U.S., I would think this fact would be one you would want to advertise...not parse.
