Can you teach me how to fly a plane, but not how to land it please?
i remember in the first days after 9-11, the official story went that arabs were asking that very question to flight instructors.
EXCUSE ME? why would a man, bent on crashing a passenger liner into a building, ACTUALLY ASK THAT QUESTION? answer, he wouldn't, because as soon as an arab man asked such a bizarre question, the flight instructor would alert the authorities.

and guess what? several flight instructors DID ALERT THE AUTHORITIES before 9-11, and said that ARAB MEN WERE ASKING TO LEARN HOW TO FLY A JETLINER, BUT STATED THAT THEY SPECIFICALLY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN LEARNING HOW TO LAND ONE.

and guess what again? the 'authorities' totally ignored the warnings. the c.i.a. the f.b.i. the office of the national security adviser, condoleeza rice. they had other priorities, than to be bothered with alerts from several flight schools that arab men were asking how to take off in, but not land, a jetliner.

we are being asked to believe this unbelievable scenario.

and remember the story about how the night before 9-11, many arab looking men were seen in a new york city men's club, getting drunk, and grabbing women, and they just all happened to have a copy of the Koran on them, and they all accidentally left behind their copies of the Koran in the bar? EXCUSE ME? that's as unbelievable as muhammad atta's wallet being found, intact, on the street below the felled towers.

the whole official story is just too stupid to believe

1. the way i remember it
correct me if i'm wrong, but the instructors said they were inattentive and nonchalant when it came to the landing part of the course...I don't remember them coming right out and saying 'teach me to fly but not land'

2. Zacarias Moussaoui came out and said it.
Zacarias Moussaoui was detained Aug. 17 after he caused a scene at a flight simulator in Minnesota, where he worried his instructors by baldly saying he wanted to learn how to fly jets but not to land them.

3. what about this weird story....
i remember seeing a report on t.v. about muhammud atta himself showing up at a flight school and signing up for the courses. the lady said atta claimed to be a well connected member of the saudi royal family, and he actually had a bodyguard accompanying him on every instructional flight.

she also said that when atta was filling out forms, he made some remark about how easy it would be for a terrorist to use a crop duster to kill hundreds of people. naturally, all sorts of alarms went off in the lady's head, and when atta left, she alerted the authorites.

i know i didn't hallucinate all this, i remember the report, clear as yesterday. wish i had access to it.
