I never heard this before yesterday

When Chris Mathews was talking with the "Jersey Girls" yesterday (who were great btw) one of them said, and Chris repeated that on the morning of 9/11, when Tenet was informed of the first plane hitting the WTC, he said "I hope this doesn't have anything to do with that guy taking flying lessons."

I've read a lot of the timeline information and have never seen this reference before. Anybody got a link to that?

I think this is one of the most important revelations about who knew what before the attacks.

Now I don't watch Hardball very often... but it seems every time I've switched past him... he's mentioned that bit about Tenet putting two and two together upon hearing about the planes hitting WTC.
