They admit Richard Clarke did in fact warn them repeatedly about the severity of the terrorist threat
They admit to daily briefings in which Tenet discusses the terrorist threats
They admit to the August 6th PDB and it's content
They admit to being "aware" of the Hart-Rudman report

...but yet they are allowed to disavow any responsibility because none of their "intelligence" spelled out THE EXACT TIME AND PLACE AN ATTACK WOULD OCCUR??

Is this what they are saying?
