in the beginning of his appointed presidency this face was not seen.
We saw instead stupid looking faces from Bush. I mean, he really looked stupid more times than not.


This face, in this photo, was seen from Clinton, often. Bush copied Clinton, actually.

So Bush team decided that he had to learn to make this face. And then we started to see photos of this "face" and we have seen it over a period of time, except the idiot looks really stupid in these photos of this "lip compression" signifying his "resolve" and leadership qualitites.

It is a totally learned and rehearsed face, signifying nothing.
