OK now Franken needs some cojones
Just before break they did the "Oh you have to blame the President too" bullshit for Monica - I'm sick of this garbage - someone tell Al to stop equivocating and go after those M*****F****s without apology!!!

4. Al disagreed with that
He was saying you have to blame Ann Coulter and the rest of the elves for distracting us from fighting alQueda with Monica, his co host was the one who said Clinton bore some responsibility. To which Franken said, "Thats the women's perspective", and everyone laughed, (at least I did).

9. I can kind of see her point
Clinton did sorta fall into that trap, so he does bear a *tiny* amount of responsibility. I'm willing to give a little leeway, so far they seem to have pretty good chemistry and I'm really enjoying the show.

10. Al's great
I was worried if his rather dry style would work on the radio, but I was clearly wrong.

11. his partner
said she blames Clinton too - i thought Al agreed with her - maybe I misunderstood Al, but this is not the way, as Bartcop would say, to wield a hammer

8. JMO but we are not all political junkies AND
Believe it, or not...

I have some very good friends that were all pissed off about Clinton's escapades but they also have come around on the topic
of bush --finally (meaning they'd vote for bush again when hell freezes over.)

I personally, am a staunch "shut up about Clinton" type and have been throughout... but not everyone is and to me when you are dealing with the politically uninitiated it's not worth getting in their faces in a debate about Clinton.

In fact I have found that many people come around on their own about the job Bill did if I just keep my big mouth shut when it comes to the topic of Monica.

Regarding everything else I agree Franken et al need to hold no prisoners...just my 2 cents.

12. Here's a thought
Ever wonder why bush's more obsessive supporters can't admit he's ever done a thing wrong?

Ever wonder if there's anyone on 'our side' who does that?

14. Hell no
Clinton was wrong to do what he did, and I have no problem whatsoever admitting it.

15. What's the deal
with all these people bashing Franken and crying, "We want Malloy! We want Malloy!?" Hey I'd love it if they got Malloy, but Franken's been doing pretty damn good, and his show gets better every day. I really enjoyed today's program, and it's only his third time at bat. When you think about that, he's actually been doing phenomenally. Have some patience people. I guarantee you that Air America is reading these threads, and they are very much aware of your desire for Malloy. If they can get him, they will.

17. Franken tore O'Lielly
a new one today. I was laughing my ass off when they were going off on him. Randi has been on all day about Black Box voting, the first braodcaster to do so. Franken also made Limbaugh's stand in look like an idiot when he quoted him about how it it was okay for the networks to show the mutilated Americans on TV because the families could no longer recognize them. These guys are giving the right hell. I couldn't be happier.

And I am plenty pissed off, but ultimately, I only have one vote and a voice to convince others, and I'm using them to the best of my ability.
