(Massachusetts Congressman) Barney Frank got asked by Janeane Garofolo on AirAmerica Thursday night about those 9 gay translators (7 of whom did Arabic) who got kicked out of the military for being gay just before the Iraq war:
"In Congress we call it the Don't-Ask-Don't-Tell-Don't-Translate policy!"

And then when she asked him what he thought about Unkle Cheney sitting in while Junior Bush does his hour testifying behind closed doors to the 9/11 commission, Barney says something about they always avoid:
"letting Bush out without his chaperone."

And then, if Kerry wins... a Massachusetts Senate seat would open up.
Janeane (or Sam, I can't remember): So... a "SENATOR" Frank??
And then he waffles all over the place like a true politician - saying something about 2006 and about some gay-marriage referendum he might want to work full-time on. (My attitude - why not do both?)
