Busy

Sorry I haven't posted in a long time. I've been busy moving around my life. I'll be in NYC for a few months working on Air America. I will be one of the hosts of Uprising, the morning show, 6-9am. As far as standup goes I'll be appearing as often as I can. I'll need to adjust to the insane schedule of morning radio but once I do that I'll probably be around weekends at the Comedy Cellar.

Right wingers for one thing do not seem to understand satire. They never see two sides or anything and they are always right and their radio feeds into that. They also seem to take these people on the radio as saying the truth and repeat it often. You hear the same words, as from Rush, when they speak to you.I know few Dem that could take that for long, so this radio will be of interest.If it is a copy of right wing radio I can not see Dem really going for it. Funny too,I've been signed up on Air America for weeks and not ONE E-Mail telling how many days until Lib radio starts. I figured there would be something big in my mail yesterday or today but I've received nothing.

How hard is it to send out some E-Mails? If they want Lib radio to survive this time around their going to have to do some hard work and rally listeners.

Im not going out on a limb here at all by saying this..Randi Rhodes is Air America's secret weapon.. Shes a seasoned radio vet and knows how to take it to the loony right so well its an artfrom. She has the staying power that im a bit worried about with the stars that are going on the radio carrer. I think some will not last due to the grueling grind that is daily radio. But Randi will.
I was kinda dismayed that they kinda put her in the background and the stars front and center..But after the now millions of listeners discover what we have known for years..Shes gonna be the next big thing in radio. Rush knew..Thats why he worked so hard to stop her syndication. Randi will keep Air America afloat for a long time.
GIVE EM HELL RANDI!!
