He hasn't been out in public for a month. There is a total black out on news about how he is doing.

When he was discharged from the hospital it occurred to me that he may have a hospital room at home, that would keep a lid on things. But it is fair to assume that if he had recovered fully they would have publicized that news. Or at least let him out for a photo op.
