I believe I signed a petition but what other support can we give. This is not a retorical question, I really don't know. Do you have some links or suggestions? It's so difficult to keep up with all the crap this administration pulls, I think that's part of their strategy.

3. I wish Clarke would mention...

that at least ONE brave soul has chosen not to take blood money and more people would look at this! This lawsuit was filed back in September... AND IS FOR REAL!!

4. I respect Ellen Mariani for refusing $ & filing suit

I don't believe this is an issue that Clarke should bring up, at least not as you posed it, that she didn't "take blood money". That would just alienate the other victims families and give the repugs cause for a more rabid feeding frenzy. He would be accused of criticizing all those families, etc. I suggest a different approach:

The Commision should allow the victims families to ask their 20 something questions and to have those questions answered by those testifying. Also the families or a spokesperson for them should be allowed to speak on the record publicly at the commision hearings. I would certainly include Ellen Mariani as one I'd like to see speak before the commision.
