No constant leaks from the White House?
On Hardball the Republican shill (David Dreier) just said that we had to give the Bush Administration credit because there were no constant leaks.

What constitutes a leak? Does O'Neil and Clarke not qualify because they chosed to wait until after they left the Administration?
