3. I am torn

over the decision to try to enlighten some of the conservatives I know. One one hand in might be a huge waste of time, on the other the cumulative effect may be to change a few minds or to at least start them down the path.

I know one thing, the gop is active and there are quite a few professionals, executives etc who are pimpin for the GOP - always looking to recruit new dittoheads.

WE could learn a thing or two from their playbook.

cunning? Are they saying they (the Dems) are more adept at diplomacy, which can be seen as deceit to those who are not skillful in the art?

If our country is out to dominate the world, I'd rather they do it with their minds not brute force. I guess if I had never read world history, or read the classics, I wouldn't be concerned about the path we are taking.

Clinton was able to get his way through his charm and intelligence. Bush lacking in both had to find another way.
